What is mediation?

You are directly involved in negotiating your own agreement. No settlement can be imposed upon you (as happens in litigation or arbitration). The proceedings are confidential conducted in private, and you are in control of accepting any outcome.
How does it work?
Mediation is typically less stressful and less expensive than a trial, and it usually proceeds much faster. Because you and your spouse, business partner, or customer have the final say over your resolution. Mediation allows the parties to maintain the power and control in their dispute, as opposed to asking a judge to decide.
